  The new business manager is rude and un-knowledgeable about Wells Fargo products and services. He would rather refer customers to the 800 number rather than trying to learn and understand his own company's products and services so he can help answer customer's questions. My company is in the development stage, but when it launches I'll be looking for a bank that has competent managers that are eager to help any and all customers rather than referring them to an 800 number. If your looking for a new bank in Incline Village, there is a Bank of America down the street.

  I've had an account here for 30+ years. I could not do a transaction with the MANAGER of the branch because I was not there in person. I live in Tampa, FL so hard to just drop in! She claims couldn't verify it was me. How many businesses easily do a verification over the phone nowadays? Amazing. What has become of the Bank service I used to know, it's now let me give you the 800#. Find another Bank if you want customer service.
