- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I dropped off a prepaid UPS package, an Amazon return, directly with an employee behind the counter. The package was never picked up by UPS. It appears that somehow Postal Express lost it or it was stolen from their office before it was given to UPS. Postal Express claimed the tracking number wasn't in their "manifest" but I very much doubt there is any complete record of prepaid packages dropped off.By Rich Drewes, August 20, 2017
